Paella in NYC

These days, I'm starting to cook by myself (aka learning) and yesterday I made paella for 6 people while staying in NYC (leaving on Sunday...). This is the third time in two weeks that I cook this Spanish dish, but I think the results were pretty good despite the lack of ingredients. After all, cooking is not as hard as I originally thought! And it's pretty fun too!

Just blogging this because the results look nice:

P.S. I'm now eating the leftovers from yesterday. Yummm! :-)

I know of somebody (two people, in fact), that would say this is not paella because of the seafish :)

See you soon! ;)

Well, my mom and I like it. (Won't be at beer tonight after all.)

This is not paella. Actually, it is a sub-class of paella. Genuine paella does not include seafish. It includes farmyard ingredients such as chicken, rabbit and pork ribs. It also includes a lot of vegetables. Anyway, what you did looks good. Keep cooking and enjoying your dishes...

A paella fundamentalist,

Salut!

Microsoft claims they have an Operating System, maybe we don't believe them, but it 'works' for many users.

Paella is an spanish famous dish that can be cocked with many different ingredients, seafish and any meat. There are different wines, different gazpachos and different fruit salads.

Be water my friend and open your mind.
